Facilities are the best

The hotel is really nice, it’s my 10th staying with at the Hard Rock, staff honoured my request for the room, so I was delighted. The facilities in the room were spot on and had everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable and staff cleaned and tidied everyday with white fluffy towels. Food and drinks although slightly expensive were of a good quality.

Hard Rock hotel is a different experience than any other normal 5-star hotel. From the moment you step in you get the feeling of extra comfort along excitement of staying there. The staff there are unbelievably friendly and helpful. They do not hesitate to help you no matter what you need. The checkin process was very easy, well described, and comfortable. You get access to hotel amenities, pool and restaurants even if you are there early or you’ve checkout already. We had the Gold Oceanview room and I can say it was absolutely stunning. The architecture is so good You have a full view of the ocean and Ushuaia hotel from one side, and Ocean and Pool on the other one. The theme of Hard Rock Hotel is obviously Music, and it’s infused with it every you go. You don’t get the typical key card but you get a smart wrist band like a Concert, and you do everything with it. You use it for key or to access the venue or parties or pay at events. The parties are big, and there are multiple of them per day. Usually 1 is larger and includes selling tickets to outside hotel. There are two pools one more family friendly & chill, another one (Splash) is for parties with a Bar in the middle of pool. You can literally sit in the water by the bar table and enjoy music. There is also a rooftop bar which opens at 7 p.m and there is usually a bigger party there on Mondays and Thursdays. Other days there are DJs & Musicians coming from different places of the world. Hotel Also has an app which provides you a lot of useful info, restaurants menus, Reservations, Room service and more. I found it really helpful and convenient to use. The customer team are really nice also. We got personal note and an apology gift since we had to wait a bit more at the restaurant from the team which was really nice gesture. There is a lot more to the hotel however I cannot cover all here.

The staff at hard rock hotel really pay attention to all the details. Our room and bed were very comfortable. Just the right amount of space. The shower was fantastic, and the views in general are all very good, no matter where you stay. The pool has really great DJs during the daytime, the sky bar is really awesome and bar staff are fantastic. Basically if you need absolutely anything, they are very accessible and quick to help. Many of the staff speak a multitude of languages, including Catalan, Spanish, English, Italian and sometimes a little German. Very impressive. It’s a great beach and the the hotel is, in my opinion, on the better part of the beach. we will stay there again if we can get a better nightly rate.

The team members are all incredibly well trained and friendly, genuinely welcoming and want to ensure a good stay. we encountered many great team members but the housekeeping team - Muriel/ Mariel - and Juan at the pool especially. the breakfast is amazing and the all the pools are superb! we didn’t know when we booked, but the 80’s party during our stay was absolutely nothing from amazing. and best of it - the resort is quiet at night! everything goes quiet around midnight so no problems with getting an excellent nights sleep.
